1ST SHORT-TERM JOINT STAFF TRAINING PROJECT MEETING
SÜMER SECONDARY SCHOOL,

PROGRAMME OF EVENTS
Day1 (18 NOVEMBER) : Meeting of LTT participants at the host school. Know partners, information about partner schools, presentation of experience from other projects, application and interpretation of initial questionnaires to determine the expectations horizon of project partners. Consultation with partners on the subject being treated.
Day 2 (19 NOVEMBER): Group discussions with the teachers involved in the project on the focus of the project on priorities: interculturality, tradition, European citizenship, equal opportunities, use of language, ICT skills, etc. On the second part of the day, he will pay a visit to the Museum Citadel which includes the Archaeological Museum, the Ethnographic Museum and the Art Gallery which present an immaterial national cultural patrimony.
Day 3 (20 NOVEMBER): Workshop: Exchange of good practice in non-formal education; adopting new pedagogical approaches taken from partners; comparison of approaches, methods used/selected by partner teachers. Visit the National Museum National Village Museum, which features representative buildings from important ethnographic areas.
Day 4 (21 NOVEMBER) – Opening the website and realizing its design in order to turn it into a source of information not only during the project but also during the period preceding its opening; Identifying online communication channels by working groups in each partner country for effective transnational communication, including at student level. In the evening, the host country students will present a traditional artistic moment.
Day 5 (22 NOVEMBER). Establishment of organizational measures for the proper implementation of the project.Making initial queries, setting the expectation horizon of each partner, estimating the resources to be involved in the project, and initial impact of the participants.
